Exchange online

Exchanges or returns can be requested within 20 days of the delivery date. For further information, please consult our Exchange and Returns policy.

Exchanges and returns are only allowed within the same Country the original order was delivered to. From September 24th, in derogation of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the exchange service will be unavailable online. The return service will remain active.

Start an Exchange

  • Step 01

    Fill-in Form

    If you wish to exchange an item, please log in and follow the instructions in your account, or you can exchange using our exchange form.
  • Step 02

    Choose a New Item

    Choose the item you want to return and select a reason why. Next, you can add the new product you would like to exchange it for.
  • Step 03

    Arrange the Return

    Use the prepaid UPS returns label included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our client services team to receive another one
  • Step 04

    Confirmation

    Your new item will be shipped once the return has been received and accepted at our Distribution Centre.
