Exchanges or returns can be requested within 20 days of the delivery date.

Start an Exchange

Fill-in Form
If you wish to exchange an item, please log in and follow the instructions in your account, or you can exchange using our exchange form.
Choose a New Item
Choose the item you want to return and select a reason why. Next, you can add the new product you would like to exchange it for.
Arrange the Return
Use the prepaid Yamato Transport returns label included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our client services team to receive another one
Confirmation
Your new item will be shipped once the return has been received and accepted at our Distribution Centre.
